Elected Positions
President -
Role: Chief executive officer, responsible for leading the club and making strategic decisions.
Duties: Presides over meetings, represents the club externally, ensures constitutional adherence, coordinates with officers and committees, provides leadership, appoints committee chairs and appointed positions (see below)
Vice President -
Role: Assists the President, assumes duties in their absence.
Duties: Oversees projects, helps in club activities planning, supports committees
Chairs: Membership committee
Secretary -
Role: Maintains records and documentation.
Duties: Records meeting minutes, handles correspondence, maintains records, issues notices.
Treasurer -
Role: Manages financial matters.
Duties: Receives and records dues payments in roster, prepares financial reports, handles income and expenses, manages 503(c)
Directors
Role: Assist in club governance and planning.
Duties: Participate in decision-making, lead projects, liaison between members and board.
Past President -
Role: Advisory position.
Duties: Provides guidance, assists in projects, acts as a mentor.

Technician -
Role: Responsible for technical aspects and equipment maintenance.
Duties: Maintains repeater equipment, provides technical support.
Emergency Comms Officer -
Role: Coordinates the club’s involvement in emergency communications.
Duties: Liaison between Tec-Ni-Chat and R.A.C.E.S
Trustee - Brandon *KDØHTI* Trube
Role: Manages and oversees repeater licenses and compliance.
Duties: WAØRJE Repeater Licensee / Trustee - Manages repeater licenses, ensures regulatory compliance.
Web Admin - Brandon *KDØHTI* Trube
Role: Manages and updates the club’s website content.
Duties: Uploads files, maintains and modifies website
